Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
Any return that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or used items
- Undergarments
- Items purchased on sale or discount
- Customized or made-to-order items
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability:
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for all delivery costs associated with exchanges
Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item was delivered
- Item is damaged or defective upon arrival
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed via Mobile Money or Store Credit
- Please allow 3–7 working days for processing
Refund Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the return window
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the item
- Wait for confirmation before returning the item
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part
