Refund and Returns Policy

At Suremkids Ghana, we are committed to providing high-quality kids’ clothing and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order

Any return that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used items
  • Undergarments
  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Customized or made-to-order items

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for all delivery costs associated with exchanges

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item is damaged or defective upon arrival

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via Mobile Money or Store Credit
  • Please allow 3–7 working days for processing

Refund Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the return window
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item
  3. Wait for confirmation before returning the item

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part

Important Notice

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
